My experience at this hotel was disappointing from the start. The room was in poor condition, with several maintenance issues and a lack of basic amenities. Although the water park had a few enjoyable moments, the cleanliness and overall service left much to be desired. I would not return, especially considering the value for money.

Our stay at the hotel was frustrating, to say the least. The water park was a fun experience for the kids, but the state of our room and overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. While the staff initially seemed helpful, many issues with our room and service persisted throughout our visit. If you're considering staying here, I'd recommend looking elsewhere as the negatives far outweighed any positives.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the cleanliness of the common areas was a plus, the awkward room layout and lack of timely breakfast service were significant drawbacks.
